# 2-4. Future developments (CIP, refineries and blockchain, individual rights and public interest)

The second stage of the FRUITS Eco-Blockchain Project is to realize the above, FRUITS Social Finance Platform, and to activate the basic technologies described in Chapter 1, one by one, which have been developed since 2018. The third stage will be to work with CIPs and refineries.
